How to Add Google Analytics to Blogger
Every one want to analyze the traffic coming to his/her website this helps the owner to understand which content is more viewed by the audience hence owner can focus on more searched content to retain and attract more traffic .Google Analytics is a free website analytics software service offered by Google. It provides many information’s which will be useful for you to improve your blog.
In this article we will cover 2 methods by which we can add Google Analytics to google blogger page .Lets get started .
Add Google Analytics tool to Blogger
Step :1
⏩ Go to Google Analytics account. If you don't have the same kindly sign up by clicking here.
⏩ Now login to Google Analytics and go to setting .
⏩ Now select create a "new account " and fill the various information like
After filling all the details click "Get Tracking ID"
A new page will open which will give you unique tracking ID which starts with UA -XXXXX-X
⏩ Copy the entire Universal Analytics tracking code. You can find it by going to Admin section > Tracking Info [under Property column] > Tracking Code > Website tracking.
⏩ Login to you Blogger account . go to >Settings >Others>Google Analytics
Now write the Google Analytics ID starting with UA > Analytics Web Property ID
⏩ After writing the ID save the changes . It will take 24-48 hours to synchronize the website data to Google Analytics account
Step :2
⏩ Go to Google Analytics account.
⏩ Copy the entire Universal Analytics tracking code. You can find it by going to Admin section > ⏩ Tracking Info [under Property column] > Tracking Code > Website tracking.
⏩ Log into your Blogger account. Go to the Template > Edit HTML. Find </head> tag.
⏩ Paste the Google Analytics tracking code before the </head> tag.
⏩ Copy the entire Universal Analytics tracking code. You can find it by going to Admin section > ⏩ Tracking Info [under Property column] > Tracking Code > Website tracking.
⏩ Log into your Blogger account. Go to the Template > Edit HTML. Find </head> tag.
⏩ Paste the Google Analytics tracking code before the </head> tag.
⏩ Click on “Save template”. and it done !!
